Mental Health Month Wellness Tips

May is Mental Health month and to celebrate it we will be posting ways to work on your wellness for each day of the month! Please feel free to share these posts so that we can promote good mental health! Check back often as we add new tips!

Wellness Tip #1:   Start a gratitude/achievement journal. This will have many positive benefits toward your mental health and being able to look back on your accomplishments will boost your self esteem!

Wellness Tip #13:  Even a fake laugh can help because it often leads to the real thing! Try it!

Take time to laugh. Hang out with a funny friend, watch a comedy or check outgoofy videos online. Laughter helps reduce anxiety.
