Grace was raised in Newport News, Virginia and has always loved the community.  They are a graduate of Longwood University and Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Social Work and Masters of Social Work. Q has volunteered with numerous organizations to aid in community organizing efforts and they are passionate about this work because they believe in empowering communities by doing the work alongside them. A social justice advocate at heart, Q is passionate about bringing voices from the community to the forefront of the fight for equity.
